  18. I've had nothing but good experiences with Software Hut. They have
  19. been very responsive to my needs, have given me fair and polite
  20. treatment, and were very willing to work with me when I had trouble
  21. with a new TekMagic card.

  23. In fact, I just purchased a new Cybervision 64 card from today because
  24. they have always given me a fair price and excellent support.

  26. I've dealt with several people on the phone there and none have
  27. sounded retarded to me. The lady with whom I usually deal is quite
  28. pleasant and has been able to answer all my questions in an
  29. intelligent manner.

  32. the net is no excuse to be abusive and rude.
